Founder & Senior Partner
Carrie Kish founded Leadership Lab out of her passion for developing leadership in entrepreneurs, coaches and non-profit leaders who demonstrate outstanding leadership skills without access to formal leadership training and development. Her passion is to help people explore themselves as leaders so that they will live a life of passion and purpose while making a positive contribution in their own lives, their families, their communities and the world.
As a serial entrepreneur, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and a certified “Get Clients Now” facilitator, Carrie teaches her clients simple and effective strategies to take their businesses and their lives to the next level. Carrie is a CTI Leadership Graduate, a Mastery University Graduate, a Leadership Mastery Graduate and a UCLA Graduate. She also volunteers her time developing teens through her church, as a Youth Mentor with Step Up Women’s Network and as the President of The International Coach Federation in Los Angeles.
Carrie lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband of 23 years and their 4 sons and three dogs. She thinks that being a wife and a mother may qualify her as a leader more than any of her other credentials. She likes climbing trees, laughing, dancing, going to the movies, reading and all things Apple. She loves to travel and thinks that world travel provides an opportunity to grow and expand yourself and your world view unlike anything else.

Paul Plamondon is passionate about human transformation.
As a successful coach, trainer, and instructional designer, he works with individuals, teams, and organizations to bring out the best in others by helping them discover what’s possible, overcome real and perceived obstacles, and tap into their strengths, passion and courage.
Paul has been a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) since 2007, has a Masters Degree in Education, has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute’s intensive leadership program. He is also a Certified ChangeWorks Professional, specializing in helping his clients see the role of productive and unproductive tension in achieving their goals. He worked in the financial services industry for fourteen years before starting his own private consulting and coaching practice in 2001.
Paul has been committed to his lifetime partner, Dr. Tom Freese, for more than 26 years. They share their home in the Los Angeles area with the best pit bull ever – Joey.

Chuck Allen, is the Co-Founder of Organic Communication, a consulting firm that provides coaching and training in communication, leadership and conflict management. Chuck has worked in such diverse fields as public relations, public health, technical writing, journalism, event planning and child development. As the owner of a technology consulting firm specializing in the entertainment industry, Chuck brings more than 20 years experience as a consultant and an entrepreneur to his business clients.
In the coaching field, Chuck is on the faculty of The Coaches Training Institute and he is an Executive Coach for the Executive MBA Program of Loyola Marymount University. Chuck is the Past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Coach Federation. He has coached and trained leaders in fields ranging from non-profit to aerospace, medicine, technology and the federal government.
Chuck has worked throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, England, South Africa and South Korea.

Originally from New Zealand, Danielle moved to New York City in 2000 because she had always wanted to live there.
After ten years in film and tv production, she became certified as a professional Co-Active Life Coach and in 2008 completed the one-year intensive Leadership program (CTI). This ignited a passion for helping create a new generation of leaders who are trained to lead from authenticity, create intimacy and grow their responsibility.
In 2008 Danielle founded WE LEAD, a global leadership community with an annual Global Conference (2009 NYC, 2010 Spain, 2011 Tokyo). She is a Personal Coach and Executive Leadership Development Professional and an authorized facilitator of The Leadership Circle Profile and Leadership Culture Survey.
With a variety of global and creative projects, Danielle also continues her various film projects with her production company Brooklyn Broadcasting. Danielle also co-created an Asia-Pacific CleanTech conference to be launched in 2011. Danielle brings fun, authenticity and heart to her work.
When not traveling, Danielle is based in Brooklyn, NY with her scruffy dog, Sammy Davis Junior.

Andrea is the founder of The{Naked}Elephant, a blog and coaching firm that intersects creativity, leadership and passion. She has over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur and VP of Business Development. She is a Leadership graduate of the world class Coaches Training Institute. Her areas of education include Coaching, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Business Communication, and Psychology. Andrea is proficient in Spanish and English. She lives outside Los Angeles with her husband and their three kids.
Andrea has over 10 years experience as an entrepreneur and VP of Business Development. She took her business from a start-up to over $8M in revenue by the fifth year. She has been awarded Elite National Hispanic dealer by DIRECTV 2 years in a row. Andrea’s experience is in building a profitable, healthy business and making solid human relations. She values people. She has been trained by a state of the art school in leadership and coaching. She has also received training in Emotional Intelligence and Diversity by Jorge Cherbosque, Ph.D. and Lee Gardenswartz, Ph.D. founders of EID. Learning is her fuel. Andrea sits on the Board of the International Coach Federation, Los Angeles Chapter.
